This notice explains the enquiry tools and analytics used on primus3d.co.za. Primus 3D is based at 245 Umbilo Road, Durban, 4001. Contact sales@primus3d.co.za or 078 697 1335 about your information.
Building an enquiry
The brief builders use the details you enter, such as your name, contact information and project requirements, to prepare a message in your browser. They do not submit a customer enquiry to a website database. The prepared brief remains on the page while it is open.
Choosing WhatsApp opens an external link containing the prepared message. Choosing the email alternative passes the brief to your email application. The brief is sent to Primus 3D when you send it through that service. WhatsApp and your email provider handle information under their own terms and privacy settings. Avoid using a shared device for sensitive details.
We use enquiries received through these channels to discuss requirements, prepare quotations and handle the agreed work. For confidential projects, begin with a broad introduction and arrange an agreed, signed NDA before sharing confidential files or details.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and use of the site. Analytics can use cookies and process technical information such as pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location and interactions. Our custom contact and quotation events record the contact method, service and page. They do not include the text entered in the brief builder. A contact click or prepared brief does not confirm a received enquiry or order.
This setting applies to this browser on this website. It does not remove information already collected or change your WhatsApp, email or Google account settings. Clearing browser storage resets it.
External links and video
Links to social platforms, maps, WhatsApp and email take you to external services. Their own privacy and account settings apply. Project videos on our website are served as video files without an embedded TikTok, Instagram or Facebook player. Website hosting and delivery services process technical requests to deliver pages and media.
Questions about your information
Email sales@primus3d.co.za to ask about information held in connection with your enquiry or work, or to request a correction or deletion. Tell us which enquiry or project your request concerns. We may need to verify your identity before discussing or changing records.
