PRIMUS 3D combines design thinking, material selection, additive manufacturing and finishing. The result is a considered part or product made for its intended purpose—not an unfinished print that still needs to be resolved.
Our workshop is at 245 Umbilo Road, Durban. The towns listed here describe customer service coverage, not branch locations. We also assess delivery to Port Shepstone, Newcastle, Ladysmith, Kokstad and other KZN towns. Share your town and project requirements so we can confirm a practical collection or delivery arrangement.
Small models and large assembled props have different packing and handling needs. We quote delivery according to dimensions, fragility, destination and access. Oversized pieces may require special transport; installation is included only when stated in the quotation.
You can begin by sending photos, drawings, dimensions and a brief by WhatsApp or email. Projects requiring physical measurement, sample collection or a site assessment are planned separately. Manufacturing lead time and delivery time are confirmed for the agreed scope.

No. Primus 3D operates from its Durban workshop. We assess projects for customers across KZN with collection or delivery agreed per order.
Delivery is not automatically included. Your quotation states the collection or delivery arrangement and any transport, packing or installation charges.
