PRIMUS 3D combines design thinking, material selection, additive manufacturing and finishing. The result is a considered part or product made for its intended purpose—not an unfinished print that still needs to be resolved.
You do not need a production-ready 3D file to start. We can work from an existing CAD model, drawing, physical sample, reference image or clear set of measurements to define the product and prepare it for manufacture.
The correct material depends on how the product will be used. Heat, UV exposure, impact, flexibility, surface finish and budget are considered before the production route is confirmed.
Production is only one part of the service. Where required, we can include support removal, surface finishing, hardware, assembly, electronics integration and testing so the agreed product is delivered ready to use.
