Create a grille that suits the front of your vehicle, from a replacement honeycomb insert to a personalised design with integrated LED channels. We develop the grille shape, mounting features and lighting layout together before manufacture.
Built around the application. Not just the printer.
PRIMUS 3D combines design thinking, material selection, additive manufacturing and finishing. The result is a considered part or product made for its intended purpose—not an unfinished print that still needs to be resolved.
01
Choose the grille pattern and fit
Share the vehicle make, model and year, the grille opening dimensions and clear photos of the back of the original. Honeycomb cell size, border thickness, badge position and mounting tabs all influence the result. We use those details to plan a part that belongs in the actual opening.

02
Plan the LEDs as part of the assembly
Tell us whether you want an illuminated border, logo area or another lighting effect. We assess space for the light source, diffusion, cable exit and access for servicing. LED hardware, power requirements and electrical installation are defined in the quote; a lighting concept is confirmed for its intended use before production.

Check the front-end clearances
The design needs space for airflow, fasteners and nearby components. We review the position of cameras, sensors and other vehicle equipment where present. Exterior exposure and cleaning also inform the material and finish. A fitment sample may be appropriate before the final grille is completed.

Frequently asked
Before we begin.
Can you add LEDs to a custom grille?+
Yes, suitable designs can incorporate channels, diffusers and wiring routes. The available space, power arrangement, exposure and intended use must be reviewed first.
Can you make a grille without lights?+
Yes. Plain replacement inserts, honeycomb patterns, grille frames and personalised designs can be quoted without lighting.
Will the grille fit around my badge or camera?+
Include the position and dimensions of the badge, camera and any sensors in your brief. Their clearances and mounting requirements are assessed before confirming the design.
What should I send for an estimate?+
Send vehicle details, front and rear grille photos, opening dimensions, your preferred pattern and lighting reference. Tell us whether you need the grille only or a scope that includes LED components.
Start with what you have
A sketch, sample or idea is enough to begin.
Send us your requirements, measurements, reference photos, drawings or 3D files. We will help define the most practical route forward.
