Complete project support
PRIMUS 3D combines design thinking, material selection, additive manufacturing and finishing. The result is a considered part or product made for its intended purpose—not an unfinished print that still needs to be resolved.
The visible diameter is only one part of the fit. We need the rear opening, insertion depth and the clips, thread or other retaining features. Tell us the wheel or rim brand and model where known: a vehicle model alone may not identify an aftermarket wheel fitment. A physical sample is useful even when its face is damaged.
Choose the outline, lettering, raised or recessed detail and colour arrangement. We assess the minimum detail size and the best way to produce the design as a single piece or an assembly. Custom badges can be developed for a grille, boot, body panel or personal display project.
A trial fit can check the retaining geometry before making a matching set. The material and final surface are selected around handling, wheel-area heat, exterior exposure and cleaning. Send the quantity and whether you want raw parts, painted details or another finish assessed.
